Excellent value for money - extremely reasonable room price which included secure underbuilding parking, a continental breakfast included, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee pod machine in room, quality bathroom products including body lotion and tissues. Spotlessly clean. Nicely decorated hotel and rooms. Friendly, helpful staff."

"We had a pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Burwood. We booked for 2 adults and 3 children, unfortunately arriving to our room we had to organise an extra bed. The shower wasn't the cleanest with brown hair through it still (we don't have long brown hair) Staff was amazing"
