"We were in the apartments across the road which might be lesser quality than the main building. Our room was on the top floor - up three flights of stairs. Wouldn't have been great for people less mobile that my family. Location was good but aside from that not much else to write home about! The TV didn't really work, can't reach the loo paper from the toilet, very dated and dirty carpet. "

"We really enjoyed the woman who checked us in. She was just wonderful, and I even had a conversation with her, on our second night. She was just perfect. Oh, we also liked that we could have some actual wine, beer, or cider as well as some teats with it. That was a huge surprise! We don’t get that in the USA.
