"When we arrived we were given room 12 but upon opening the door it was filled with builders rubbish. We then waited for a while and the manger came to see us saying he only had 1 other room but it has no hot water. He said we could use the spa for free and was very helpful and kind. He said he will re fund half our money back which I’m not sure how this happens as I still havent had this. If I get my money back I would definitely come again and we did have a really nice time "

"My friends and I had a great three nights at the King's Head. The accommodation was good with a sizable and clean room. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. We ate in the restaurant twice during our stay and the menu was varied and quality was good. The hotel bar serves a wide selection of spirits and wine and the beer from the two local breweries was excellent. "

"This is a great hotel/pub in an excellent location in the centre of Ilkley. The landlord and his staff were all super friendly and could not do enough for us. We were given an upgrade on our rooms, and were allowed an early checkin despite the place being really busy for Mothers Day. Breakfast was particularly good - especially the scrambled egg and three-pan-omelette - highly recommended if you’re staying here :-) "

"Lovely hotel.room was cold and tv wasnt working.but told reception and they sorted both out with in half hr.so all good.would stay again.it was our 2nd visit.very close to airport "

"We stayed here for a Sunday night on the way home from a weekend away. The staff and locals were friendly, food was great and the room comfortable enough although the floorboards were really creaky in our room (although it is an older building so it is to be expected) We would definitely stay here again, should the opportunity arise"
