"We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! Thanks Ann, we hope to return."

"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. "Positives: The house was large with nice grounds. There was a nice walk to the local pub. The bedrooms overall were nice. Technical issues: • The hot tub kept tripping the fuseboard. So we missed out on the tub on the Friday night. • A few more dishwashing tablets would have been helpful, as would bin bags • The outside staircase up to the building had large spaces between the bars, which is dangerous for small kids. We suggest a simple wire in the middle of these to ensure kids don’t fall...
