"This was a great stay for us. Overall best hotel I have stayed in but really pricey. The only thing I was disappointed with was the mattress for the sofa bed. It was beyond flat and it was a "spring" mattress. So we ended up putting cushions on top for my 12 yo to sleep on. If it was a longer stay than what we did, I would have requested a new mattress (the entire hotel was booked so a new room was out of the question). The staff were amazing!"

"Staff members were all very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Room was good, but the smart thermostat was terrible. We had the temperature set at 70. We came back and the room was 80 degrees. The temperature outside was 99. Unfortunately staff could not fix that. It is the closest to all the museums so that was a plus"

"The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very kind, efficient, and accommodating! We did experience fighting among the kitchen staff during breakfast. There was loud swearing and fighting, and one staff member came through the breakfast area to apologize to the guests on 3 separate occasions. The room was clean and comfortable, but the shower didn’t drain and flooded quickly. There wasn’t any room in the parking garage, but we were able to find street parking on the weekend. We were...
