Great setting in an old bank and superb location. Cafe staff were exceptional. Rooms were well decorated but our bathroom door was blocked by the shower so it wouldn’t open fully. Also, our room lacked hot water and once alerted to the fact an onsite engineer was dispatched.

Check in was nice. Room was clean & bed was really comfy. The staff was really nice from doorman, receptionist, barista, and cleaning staff. I booked the room when they had a special on rooms. Hotel was walking distance to the Capital one arena. The only thing is I wish they had an onsite garage. Parked up the street in garage. The walk to the hotel wasn’t bad though. I would stay here again.

Nice property but way overpriced. Parking is extremely expensive and hotel fee’s in addition to paid rate make this very overpriced property. Charming restaurant/cafe greeting ballroom, very nice.

Perfect location, luxurious, tasteful and stylish design of the hotel. Awesome staff who did everything they could to help us with our questions and concerns. When it took much longer than expected for the valet to bring our car, our overnight parking fee was waived. I wish 1) there was shelf space in the rooms for cloths and in the bathroom for cosmetics; and 2) more common space in the lobby or elsewhere just to to hang out, read, etc. The hotel has rooftop, but it was closed for the guests and reserved for private events only.

Park in the garage at 901 E St., basically the opposite side of the hotel's block to the south. Old bank architecture is really cool. Walkable to museums, arena, restaurants, some shopping. Nice urban vibe but not "local." We stayed a few days after Christmas with an off-peak rate; probably too dear for me otherwise.

Visually, this property is stunning. Beautiful, clean, upscale. Room is very pretty and immaculate. But it is not made for 2 people comfortably for more than 1 night. There is only 1 chair in the room. No real table or counter space. Sink space very limited. This place is ideal for an overnight stay because of it's beauty and general room comfort.
