"My hotel room and the rooftop infinity pool were both lovely, amongst the best I've ever encountered. The lobby shop is helpful for last-minute snacks. However, the concierge staff were clearly bored and it showed in their lack of customer service. They don't warn you in advance that they charge to store your bags. Also, the elevators are in such high demand that they have to post signs warning you that trying to access them between certain hours could result in a half-hour wait."

"We really loved our stay in KL thanks to this gem of a hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Staff were very kind and helpful. The studio room is perfect for single or couples. Bed is clean and comfy and the shower quite nice. There's even a bathtub. Slightly noisy at night. The small buffet breakfast is fine. Didn't get to check out the pool. Very handy to be adjoining Central Market."

"Great stayed , Great location to access public transport within walking distance to LRT, MRT and Rapid KL buses. Near to main tourist attractions. The set back was Superior room ,and bathroom a little small, and the floor carpet with oily stains and little smelly. The breakfast was average with little choices,but enough to fill up stomach. Worth the price for the stayed."

"As it is soft opening, the main attractions are not ready. The bathrooms also hv a smell. It has to do with the air ventilator. This is something the management needs to look into it and find the cause. Otherwise, the review will always be negative."

"First off, I added a day to my stay. I would recommend and try to stay here again if I return. The owner and staff of this hotel/apartment were great. This ain't the W or a big brand hotel but it was excellent for what it is. I gave comfort 3/5 because seating and beds we just ok. Washer and dryer are great to haves but kind of old. Neither of these were deal breakers. I've stayed in places in this region that happily paid not to stay there. The 24/7 store in the building was great for...
