"This accommodation was adequate for an overnight stay. We came to Kendal to see a group at a nearby venue. It was only a few minutes away, the parking charges were really good and everything was good. Had a really good time and would definitely do it again. "

"Wonderful stay. We booked it to break up a trip back home from the Highlands in Scotland. We were welcomed on arrival with a quick check in and then we had a lovely walk round the lake. The food was lovely and the drinks well priced. Wednesday night was quiz night which we really enjoyed. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. We will definitely stay again. "

Accomodated us with a bigger room on the 1st before check in as we were booked in on the ground floor in needs with easy access room. really appreciated the care and attention to detail will be staying there again! "The property was lovely. Wasn’t keen on check in, no clear indication on where to go / what to do and was standing around puzzled with no staff in sight for a brief time. Bed and pillows was very uncomfy. Black marks on pillow case and dog biscuits on bedroom floor. "

"A convenient place to stay, just a short walk from the train station. The room was nicely decorated and although advertised as cosy, it was fairly spacious. The bed was comfortable and more than sufficient amenities for a few nights stay. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner and the shower wasn’t very hot or powerful. Great food in the pub downstairs from a varied menu. "
