"The 2 staff ladies friendly and she cooked me tastly hot, no fuss ,wholesome food breakfast . Only need to put extractor works again in bathroom as inclosed, no window , very comfy and warm room, happy traveller ."

"No lift, no help with luggage. Attic room on the street side. I suspect that Expedia users get the least desirable rooms. Location is excellent. "

"Lovely choice of breakfast, and staff were very friendly. Lovely big room, though a little tired in places, but very clean, and bed was really comfortable. They need to get rid of awful yellow paint on walls, in bedroom and walls leading to bedroom. Thought the ten pound charge for parking was a little steep. But nice place to stay."

"Service is 5/5. Kudos to all of them, very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast and parking. Room is basic, just exactly what you need. Mattress a bit soft to our liking, but the pillows are superb. Had issues with toilet but minor. And the best part: no smell! "

"I booked a single room for myself and found that I was stuck into a ground floor handicapped/disabled room without a single window which i did not request. I also discovered that I had been charged 200 GBP for that room, whilst single rooms on other floors were 134 GBP. This was an overcharge and I will never stay at this property again and will be telling everyone I know to avoid the Dean Court Hotel."
