"A great stay! Our room was very good for our needs, plenty of charging and power points for our devices, there is Netflix, food at the buffet was very tasty and substantial. The place is clean, organised and very walkable to most of the events during the Snow Festival. It is also handy to the airport bus so all in all a great place to base ourselves in Sapporo. "It is directly in front of Houseisusukino station and so it is easy to get to. The hotel is also near the main susukino area and odori areas with many food options. However, the hotel staff only speak basic english and we experienced difficulties explaining a small issue when we called the front desk. Overall a pleasant stay still."

"The hotel is in a great location. Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The doors are not soundproofed and if you have noisy people on the floor as I did it can be disruptive. The public bath is nice and clean."

"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. I’m not sure if this is simply due to the age of the item or the functional operational abilities. Overall, it was a great place for a quick stay in the city. "
