"Enjoyed staying here. Had a family room with two bedrooms. When we first checked in found that our room had 4 twin beds. Talked to reception and they changed our room to 2 twin beds and 1 double bed which is what we wanted. Breakfast was nice. Nice and close to the train station and our room overlooked the station. We didn't find it noisy. Shower was nice and warm. Rooms were comfortable with plenty of room and beds comfortable "

"Too many people slate this hotel We had a lovely warm Room bed was clean and bathroom was clean and hot working water and shower staff where amazing and the history of this place speaks for itself too many pick holes in this place and forget how old this building is I will Allways come back time and time again ! "From the minute I arrived staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. The best hotel shower I've ever had honestly! Would recommend, and I plan on staying again next time I'm in Manchester. "
