"Just a quick airport stop, staff were all excellent and friendly. Room was mediocre and had a little spider in my bed when i pulled back the sheets, everything else clean. A bit run down. Nice breakfast. "

"Room was pretty small, not much floor space; and had a view of an alley way which didn't help. Bathroom ok, but again small. Bed was comfy and was all clean. For the price paid, couldn't complain much. Location was good."

"It is a great hotel, clean, friendly staff. The only problem we had is that we booked a room without windows and it was so hot even with 2 fans on. It was difficult to sleep we will stay here again but we will get a room with a window."

"Absolutely stunning hotel. Really close to Piccadilly station so ideal for travellers. We attended a concert at o2 Apollo while we stayed which was also in walking distance Extremely comfortable bed and pillows and duvets, shower was lovely too. Would definitely stay again, especially with the check out time being a bit later than most places it really made our morning much more comfortable after a concert "

"Hotel looks a bit off putti g on first site but dont let this put you off we booked 2 executive rooms ( one of which was available nefore check in time so left bags there) they were both front facing and really modern bit noisy from the street but ok, yes the carpets in other corridors need replacing but i think they are doing them bit by bit as the hotel is bigger than it looks. really good for a night or twos stay , breakfast was great hot and cold available ."
