"For the price, this was a good stay in a central location in Brussels, comfortable and clean with friendly staff. It could use a good renovation and paint job but then it wouldn't be the same price, right? The WiFi was spotty and didn't work at all on my floor for a day despite it being reported by multiple people and being told the would reset the router to fix the problem. Luckily it worked in the lobby so I could finish my work. "

"The bathroom could do with updating, and the toilet was dusty so hadn't been cleaned properly, apart from that lovely! Very spacious, plenty of room for for clothes etc...stayed for 2 nights felt breakfast was expensive for what was there but loved the breakfast area for eating, very chilled "

"The hotel was good. The only negative is that the two lifts are very slow. Breakfast had a range of hot and cold choices, plus juices and hot drinks. The area around the hotel is a bit dingy, but it is directly across the road from a number of metro, bus and tram lines and the Eurostar terminal. The Sunday market (also across the road) is great for fresh food bargains."

"A perfect location for exploring Brussels, with the metro/tram station directly below the hotel. There are also lots of supermarkets and shops on the doorstep, and it’s just 5mins to the Grand Place. Rooms are well furnished and clean."

"I use regular hotels, based on convenient location (work or evenings out). It was my first stay there, owing to my regular hotels being full or too expensive that week, but was very close to the metro and the 71 bus, so that was good. Staff were very friendly, all of the time. Room was quite large, but I would have liked more desk space (very cramped) and additional power sockets. "Estuvimos tres días, el hotel estuvo bien, aunque inicialmente tuvimos dificultad con la entrega de la clave de ingreso pero se solucionó. Mejoraría la ventilación del baño ."

"Hotel in the most central location of the city. Helpful staff who assisted us and provided great recommendations. Clean and renovated bathroom. Spacious and comfortable room. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast. There was a small buffet with cold cuts, baked goods, etc., and then you could choose from four types of brunch."
