"I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but Matthew at the front desk of the Loxton Brussels is easily the most helpful and friendly reception member I have ever encountered. They should write the "reception" manual based on his work. The hotel itself is lovely with large rooms, retro fitted but very clean and everything you could need. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place but away from the noise etc. and 5 mins walks to Brussels Nord station. I would stay there again without hesitation. "

"The hotel itself was beautiful, super clean and the room was amazing correlating to the price per night. I will say it is next to a main train station which may cause some safety concerns for others but I personally felt fine. I do wish there was later food options in the hotel itself and I didn’t like too much that there was a lot of outside folks in the cafe area. "
