Then we had a lovely introduction to our room with a lesson on how to wear a yukata and were made and served a pot of tea. It felt such a cultural welcome and the room was a very Japanese cultural room with futons, mats as low furniture. We were given free passes to all the onsens in town and had a lovely time visiting...

"Wonderful first time experience in Kinosakionsen! This hotel is in the perfect location. It's a very short walk from the train station and all of the 7 public onsens. Also a short walk to the Kinosaki Ropeway. There are 2 private onsens in the hotel where couples/families can soak together. Every floor has a light to indicate if available. Service is impeccable and easy to communicate in English with the staff. Food is plentiful! Breakfast and Dinner were included as well as an afternoon tea...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel personnel was more than helpful. We had a minor medical situation and they went out of their way to help us find medical attention. This was more complicated because many clinics were closed due to a holiday but they made many phone calls and found a solution for us. We are very grateful for their diligence. The hotel itself is very new and the decor is quite modern. Everything was clean and in perfect condition."
