"スタッフの皆さんとても優しくて、笑顔で出迎えて下さいました。小雨の中、少し早めの到着したので、カウチで待たせて下さいとお伝えしたところ、空室の部屋があるようなのでどうぞチェックインして下さいと温かいお言葉を頂き、早めに部屋を使わせて頂きました。市内中心部で、駅や大型商業施設2つから徒歩圏内ですし、7月には目の前にスターバックスがオープンする様です。朝食も、素敵な笑顔のお母さんが優しく出迎えてくれましたし、炊きたてのご飯をよそっていただきました。眠気の中で食事を始めましたが、とても素敵な気分で1日を始められた事に感謝しています。とってもお薦めするホテルです。"

"Excellent choice for Kinosake-Onsen. Staff was above and beyond amazing. Incredible location. We were a bit worried that this might be too far from the center of town but on the contrary, it was an easy walk and we enjoyed being in a quieter location. Walk into town was beautiful. Can not recommend this place enough!"

"My husband and I had a pleasant one night stay at this ryokan! Staff are very courteous and welcoming. We were greeted with a welcome tea and orientation to the room, and onsen pass. Location is within walking distance to the train station and a few of the onsens nearby. There are no showers in the room, as all onsens have showers. We got the kaiseki dinner and breakfast service, and were served by the lovely older ladies who were very attentive. Felt welcome and would recommend to any guests coming to Kinosaki! "
