"I liked the view and the bathroom"

"Have to use your room card to call lift on ground floor-good for security but a bit of a faff. Bedroom and bathroom were clean but note on thermostat said filter needed changing and it looked black. I didn't need towels or bed changing but think rooms could be checked to see if milk and teabags etc need topping up. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of cereals, fruit, cheese, ham. Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and hash browns were hot and replenished quickly unlike alot of places"

"My friend arrived in the room before me within 2 hours. She complained the room was so freezing. She requested the portable heater for the room. It took a while to delivered. It improved.the room temperature control was fault, sometimes it switched off by itself for I trains. Overall it’s nice room. "

"I booked this hotel for an early flight the next morning. It's so convenient being 19 mins from the Airport. We are a family with 12 year old twins. The room had a double bed and a sofa bed which was way to small for my children. We loved that the hotel has a swimming pool and it was lovely and quiet. It isn't part of the hotel so it does carry an extra charge. £19 per family. We ate in the bar for convenience and found the food okay and reasonably priced. It was very busy and we had to wait...
