"This property was amazing, the room was spacious with its own balcony. The staff is amazing, breakfast in the bar area was great. The bartender was pleasant to talk to and great service. Uber came and picked us up, took us downtown and brought us home. Don’t waste time trying to find a parking spot downtown. We grabbed a pedicab and he gave us a tour of historic St. Augustine. There's an amazing Italian restaurant within walking distance from the hotel."

"The staff was extremely polite and helpful. A staff member helped us transport our luggage to the room and upon checkout a staff member was provided to help us remove our luggage from the room to our vehicle. Any request for more coffee, towels, etc was brought to the room promptly. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family/friends."
