"Excellently located to wander around Grantham centre. Key code operated car park was a welcome addition and was only £4 for one nights / two day trip. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming but it appeared there was nobody on hand to help with baggage up the stairs, unfortunately. The room was very clean but was tired in places and so was the bathroom - most of the woodwork could do with a spruce up but the suite was in good condition. Furthermore the kettle was completely frothed up with limescale and filter was missing from spout, totally unusable. Electric light above bathroom mirror faulty and therefore could not use the electric shaver point attached, this was very disappointing!"
