Great pre use contact by owners with directions and instructions for when we arrived. Rooms were good size and location and as good for the wedding event we were at. would use this venue again if was in the area.

We arrived but didn’t stay as no one was there we had to find somewhere else to stay as had no contact phone number when found one sent message it said will reply in 24 hours not good when sat outside answer machine came on made you wonder you got right address latter when booed in somewhere elce txt came through with instructions that we should have had 24 hours earlier posters saying email address but this not good feel there should be ring this number all looked clean and tidy asked at the pub next door we asked how to contact they just said good luck

Really clean room with great facilities, bathroom although small was well appointed and again very clean with clean soft towels. We liked the “honesty box” for snacks etc. Also there were spares of coffee, milk, tea and sugar available. Check in was easy with a very clear text message sent before we checked in. A really great place to stay whilst we were at the races.

Everything was good from check in to check out. Easy and convenient,i did not see anybody during my stay so cannot comment on Staff. I did not see any of the other guests except My nephew who was there with me. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood

Really comfortable room. A bit chilly for the summer and a fan heater was provided but I didn’t set it up as I’m not fond on that kind of dried heat. The duvet was lovely though. The only amenity missing was a small fridge; otherwise perfect.

Great stay near Kelham
Ive stayed at Rooms at Rolleston twice in 6 weeks, both for weddings in Kelham, for which this place is well situated. The stay was clean and comfortable, and host James was more than helpful. The room had little touches that made it obvious that the hosts had paid attention and thought.

Excellent value for money
Excellent service for a work trip away and only ten minutes drive from Newark Northgate train station, it's a quiet village so not alot around for a few miles, ordered takeaway instead so a small table under the window perhaps would have been a good addition and a bath sheet sized towel for the shower would have been welcomed but overall it was excellent and the most comfortable bed I have slept in all week whilst working away, instructions to retrieve the key to the room where clear and easy to understand and the room was excellent value for money.

Wouldn’t hesitate to go again and with it being next door to a pub/restaurant (albeit you cannot hear anything), make the rooms ideal for any traveller wanting a goood nights sleep and food.
