"Close to train station. Basic family room with king bed (two twins) and also twin bunk beds. No shower curtain, not even an option for. Not sure what they were thinking since there were 4 people in the room. Needed a fan, staff was able to supply. Would be nice if there was more than 1 washer and 1 dryer."

"Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (15 Monate alt) für drei Übernachtungen im Hotel Brienz und haben Tagesauflüge gemacht. Für uns lag das Hotel ideal um Brienz zu Fuss zu erkunden und div. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto anzufahren. Das Hotelzimmer war etwas klein aber gemütlich, das neue Badezimmer war sehr schön. Einziger Minuspunkt war der Balkon, der etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch etwas schmutzig war. Das Frühstück war klein aber fein, der Kaffee sensationell! Es wurde für uns jeweils ein...

"The hotel is a fairly long walk from the train station, but it's an easy one. The hotel is just next to the cable car to Schilthorn, which is great. The front desk closes about 4-5 p.m., so if you arrive after that make sure to contact them. Very clean. Very nice staff. "

"We had a good size room with a bathtub. We were upgraded to a balcony with a excellent view of the mountain. Restaurant options in the area are sparse. The dinner dining at the hotel is good, but expensive. The breakfasts are excellent."
