"We stayed overnight on our way to Scotland. The room was super comfy & clean, & the staff were all lovely & extremely helpful. We had dinner & breakfast & the food & service was excellent. Wish we'd stayed longer & will visit again in the future! "

"Stayed in the family room which was great, spacious, more than just one big room and with a huge bathroom ( photos attached ). Nice little touches in the room such as bottled water, biscuits, etc. A bonus that we were able to take our dog. Everything in the hotel was well thought out. Breakfast was good included bacon & sausage sandwiches. We ate in the restaurant that night, all our meals were of a very high standard especially the steak one. The building was full of character, staff lovely and the village was well placed for things to do in the local area besides being very pretty and quaint. Ideal spot for hiking/ walking. Would highly recommend. "
