The area is well serviced, but it is quiet far from the touristy areas you need to walk down and uphil (12-18 mns) to transportation, I had my mum with me which was difficult but taxis are readily available in the area. But it doesnt feel overwhelming in a area at the same time, very quiet in the evening and night, safe. big surprise was a close connection to the Tram, that is such an easy access to the rest of the city.
