"Restaurant was closed during our stay and we were not aware at time of booking. Seems it’s closed every weekend!! Receptionist on check in was not very helpful Asked for kettle and cups and told to look in room first then was only given kettle -asked for ice for room and told to go to supermarket. Elizabeth who was on later got cups and ice for us. Back there next week. Will wait and see but nice location"

"My family and I had an amazing few days at this hotel in Gran Canaria. The ocean views were spectacular, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. "Not a hotel as such, these rooms/suites are very modern, well equipped and the project is very well managed.The area isn't the best, however it is only 1 block from the fabulous Cantaras beach, with all it's bars and restaurants, also walking distance to the Aquarium which is highly recommended and one block from the Port market which is also worth a visit. Discounted parking in the adjacent car park is an added bonus. We only stayed for 2 days and would stay again but probably on the other side...

"There was no one available at check in and the self check in didn’t work. No cleaning service throughout the stay, no extra towels, and no extra toiletries. "We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. "Worst checking I ever experienced. The security man was doing it and he wasn't speaking any English. He was so overwhelmed by the situation that he was using two phones at the same time talking with different people. I ve also noticed the man is doing some cleanup around the pool, wouldn't be suprised if he had some other tasks, so if anything give that man a raise at least! Some of the guests people."
