"Great hotel, coulnt find a fault, our room was clean everyday, fresh towels daily, breakfast nice with lots lf options, staff so polite and helpful. Definitely going back! Oh! and the location, it could be better, walking distance to the Mercado del Puerto, plaza de Santa Catalina, bus station, and playa de la cantera, plenty of good restaurants around. Great location!! 5 out of 5 for this hotel!!!"

"The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. The room we had was perfect we had a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities."

"The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."

"I needed a place to stay near the marina for one night before flying out early the next morning. This was perfect. Easy walk from the marina. Comfortable room. Staff was very nice and arranged a taxi to pick me up at 4:30 am to take me to the airport. "
