"Booked us into room 14 which was cold. Spoke to reception who informed me that there was no heating in this room. Told them that we could not shower bathroom freezing and to sleep would be too cold. Very good and we got transferred to room 109 which was lovely but found out cold tap Didn’t work. No a hassle for us and room wax warm. Breakfast great and staff are friendly and helpful"

"Bar and the dinner restaurant staff doesn’t interest with us at all. We asked another plate for kids and ketchup and mayo they didn’t bring any plate and when they bring ketchup we already finished our chips. Kids was asking ketchup and mayo we even didn’t see the guy who served us our burger "

"First time staying here with my wife and her assistance dog. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived, putting my wife at ease and respecting that the dog was working. For an executive room, it was a little small but had everything we needed. The breakfast was quite expensive (we didn't prebook it) but was excellent quality and, again, great service. We will definitely return."
