"Nice hotel, comfy room but quite dark, nowhere to do makeup. Noisy from the street but expected that. Breakfast a little unimpressive and staff not the most attentive, just left to sort yourself out. Very dated room in much need of a makeover but bed was comfortable and shower was good. "

"Bedroom comfy. Bed comfy but a bit high to get on. Clean bedroom. Floor pf bathroom had white powder on it when i arrived and bath had a couple of marks on it - marks, not dirt. Another grab rail in bath - on long wall would be helpful. Tv remote control a little temperamental "

"We liked where the property was situated. The staff were friendly & efficient & the breakfast & pub meals were lovely. The bedroom was spacious & clean. The bathroom was small but adequate but the sink was blocked. Someone did try to unblock it but that resulted in a leak. It didn't make our stay any less enjoyable though. "

"Just a one night stay but we'd happily have stayed longer. Check in was excellent and Ros the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was huge, immaculate and very well set up. Breakfast was fine and checkout was friendly and efficient. We loved the hotel, but most of all we can't recommend the staff highly enough."
