"Excellent value for money. The room was very comfortable, nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. The food served for breakfast and dinner was delicious."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was tasy and well presented. There was a problem with the radiators in our room, but the hotel gave us a fan heater. There was no hook on the bathroom door. This needed to be replaced. We had a room looking out onto the main road, but it was not noisy. The room was beautiful, especially as we like oldy worldy furniture and atmosphere. The Christmas decorations were all taken down by breakfast on New Year's Day, which was a shame. Otherwise all was well. We would stay there again and reccommend The Chapter House to others."
