"Hotel was great. I had surgery at Cleveland Clinic and was in the hospital longer than anticipated. The staff was great to help my spouse getting extra nights added. The shuttle service was very convenient. Restaurant and bar was excellent. "

"I had to make a quick detour to Cleveland for a family emergency and arrived at almost midnight. I reached out to the hotel and they had a friendly shuttle driver to me in 10 minutes. The room was clean and very comfortable with the best variety of pillows I’ve had in some time. (Very important!) The next day I again grabbed a last minute shuttle to my rental car. "Room was clean except in corners needs a good scrubbing temperature control unit had hanging wires. 2 lamps didn’t have light bulbs.dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut drawer kept coming out completely. But room was really nice"
