"I read most of the reviews before making our reservation and I was concerned about the street noise from the Karaoke Bars. When I did book our stay, I messaged the Hotel and specifically asked for a room away from the street noise. They happily acknowledged my request and ensured me that they could do it. When we arrived, they kept their promise and gave us a nice room on the 4th floor facing the Sunrise. The Hotel itself is nice and clean and a very good value. The Hotel Staff are very nice...

"The location is very convenient. The marina and another shopping area are within walking distance. The rooms are old but clean. The restaurant is unreasonably expensive, so we utilized the kitchenette and ate out at other nonexpansive places. There is a supermarket nearby. The pools are clean and not crowded. One or two vacationers were swimming in the pool at times. Maybe at this time of year? The staff is helpful. I do not understand the negative reviews I have read before about this property....

"The staff was great and very nice. Leslie at the front desk send me plenty of information on things to do while visiting Cabo. We arrived almost two hours before check-in but Leslie made some arrangements to let us in earlier. The complementary breakfast was good.
