"This was an awesome hotel. 10' walk from train station and no stairs (however, there are cobblestones). The front desk staff were particularly awesome. I forget her name, but one of the ladies was so helpful when my husband needed some medical help. Very much appreciated! The only small negative is that the soap dispensers were VERY hard for me to squeeze (both shower & sink) to get soap dispensed - but I do have arthritis :( Other than that, don't hesitate to book these lovely, yet affordable...

"I found the room to be spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very modern and ia 5 minute walk (if that) to the train stop. If I remember correctly Kriens is only 2/3 stops away from Lucerne which I think is a fantastic town. The offer the usual continental breakfast which I found to be fresh each day. Overall I had a really comfortable stay. "

"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. It’s in a great location and our room and kitchenette was well equipped. The only info I would share for others is that an eye mask and ear plugs are 100% essential! The hallway light remains on full and a lot of light came in under the door and window blinds. We had a floor 1 room and people were constantly slamming the front door at all hours, chatting loudly to each other all the way to their rooms and the stairs are concrete so quite loud. "Best stay for us across two other countries so far! Bed was comfy. Reception was very informative offering alot of sightseeing hints and tips. Breakfast included (alot of yummy options and best quality weve had over two other countries). Hotel also let us check in early (10am) 5*!"

"I’ve stayed here many times and you can’t beat the location for visiting Luzern. The hotel as completed renovations on about half of the building and is underway with the rest. Never heard any of the workers or work being done. The new rooms are awesome. The design and cosmetic works are well done. You will enjoy this hotel. Its pricing is great and only an 8 minute walk to the train station. "

"Very nice, safe and newly renovated hotel in the middle of farm lands. Clean, modern, nice bed, amazing balcony and views with farms, cows and mountains. We’ve stayed in a superior room with bigger bed, ample space, awesome window blinds and a kitchenette. Very welcoming and helpful staff and free parking. Highly recommended!"
