"It was very convenient to the train station. The rooms were large, and the kitchen was great! We just picked things up at the grocery store and put them in the oven. There were some restaurants close, but we chose to just eat in the room. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. There’s not a coffee maker in the room, but there is a coffee downstairs and it’s relatively inexpensive."

"Everything was up to the standards that I expect from a Holiday Inn Express, except for one thing. The room was freezing cold, I slept under two quilts. I tried to turn the aircon temperature up - no difference. I tried to switch it off - nothing. I switched the electricity off - the aircon was still on. Where does it say that guests like to be cold in bed in the winter? Thus I slept badly, as my feet and hands were cold."

"Lovely stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location with lots of shops around and easy access to trams and busses. Only downside was the housekeeping. We hadn't left the 'do not clean' sign on our room door and it was barely clean when we got back. The beds had been half made and no new coffee or clean glasses were added into the room. This was the only downside but didn't affect our stay and would come back again."

"We loved the quirky hotel and the wide range of guests it catered for. The social areas were modern, quirky and industrial and the bar was central. It was quiet but had a great friendly atmosphere. The rooms and food were excellent lots of choice and the rooms were ample size for us . A big walk-in shower . "
