"The hotel was lovely and of a good standard for what we paid and situated in the perfect location. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a quiet rear room, which was quite small. However, it was sufficient for two nights stay. It offered some nice touches, such as cocktail glasses and a good selection of condements. "Fun to stay at a 17th century coaching inn. The I’m has a lot more f character, friendly and helpful staff and good food. Parking is limited but we were able to get a space. The room wasn’t ready by check in time but we had arrived earlier than planned. I would stay here again. There are many places to eat on the High Street. "
