"It’s really nice, clean, and new. We have a toddler, so for families with little kids, this is a great place to stay (especially enough space for little kids to walk around! The deck is a big plus!) The communication could be better on how to checkin and checkout but it was easy to figure out. Not much around, highly recommend to bring your own food/cook. "

"We had a lovely time staying at the Inn. Grace, our host, was fun to talk to and the room and bed were both very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the little touches around the property, especially the night lighting, as well as the full service breakfasts. The B&B is a bit far from the local attractions, but it does make for a good central location for day excursions. Would recommend!"

"This was our loveliest stay in Chincoteague yet! Went with a bigger group this year and this property was perfect. Everything was super clean, decorated beautifully, etc...We had everything we needed. The renter was amazingly kind and communicative, even gave us an amazing tip for taking in the sunset. "This house was advertised as being able to fit 8 people. All 3 bedrooms had very worn out mattresses. The sleeper sofa was missing springs. Two of our family members had to sleep on the floor and an air mattress we purchased. There was not enough dinnerware and silverware for 8 people. The bar stool (for extra seating ) was so wobbly that no body dared to use it for fear of breaking. The deck would have been nice, if there was a dining table and four more chairs (there were 2 dining chairs...
