"I'm sure it doesn't happen too often but unfortunately my day spent at this hotel the water heater was broken. And she didn't tell me until I had been checked in. They did let me check-in at like 2pm though and the room was very comfortable. I had a suite with two bathrooms, two TVs, and two couches and two armchairs, and a fairly nice king bed and desk. If the hot water has worked I would give it a 5/5. "

"My wife and my stay was really good, the staff was awesome. However we were updated to a suite fo no extra charged because a regular room wasnt ready when my wife and I arrived. The room was cleaned really good, my wife and I enjoyed the pool too. We'd definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay their again!!! Plus thats wascmy wifes and my 3rd wedding anniversary!!!"

"The air conditioner in my room wasn't working properly.Thank goodness the temps outside were cooler for this time of year. The room was clean, beds not so comfy for my liking, but the room and floor were pretty quiet. "

"The staff was very nice especially the lady in the kitchen. Nice, clean and quiet place. The location was a little bit confusing as we lost 2 times otherwise we had a good time staying there."

"The stay overall was great. However, one of the main reasons we booked was for the rooftop patio, which we learned once we got there that none of the hotel bars are open Sunday or Monday. We were very disappointed none of this information was available anywhere until we got there, as these were the only days we were there. The location is wonderful for other restaurants and bars, so it didn’t ruin the trip but I wish we knew!"

"Our toilet was flushing very slowly and it actually clogged at 6:00. Maintenance came and fixed it within 20 mins. Excellent service."
