"One night stay in twin room with breakfast. Easy check in. Nice room. Helpful staff. Room very cold as heating unit in the room not working but asked at reception and they supplied a portable heater. Nice decor theme and clean. Breakfast good selection and helpful staff when I asked about gluten free options."

"The man at the desk was not the most polite and sounded very unhappy to be there. The windows were hard to close and this made the traffic at night noisier than it should have been. The room was clean and everything in it was very helpful, but we could hear anyone on the corridor and every emergency service vehicle that passed."

"This was my third time staying before an early morning flight, there seemed to be a bit more street noise than I remembered (perhaps different side) but the bed was really comfortable as I remembered. Staff very helpful and yea and biscuits did the trick as I arrived too late for food. "

"Hotel looks a bit off putti g on first site but dont let this put you off we booked 2 executive rooms ( one of which was available nefore check in time so left bags there) they were both front facing and really modern bit noisy from the street but ok, yes the carpets in other corridors need replacing but i think they are doing them bit by bit as the hotel is bigger than it looks. really good for a night or twos stay , breakfast was great hot and cold available ."
