"This boutique hotel was situated in a prime location of Old Quarter. There were great restaurants and stores in every direction, all within a half mile. While we were there, a Super Typhoon slammed Hanoi. The hotel staff stayed with guests, and we didn't lose power or water. Everyone from the guest relations manager and front desk staff, to the maids and restaurant waiters were attentive and professional. They made our stay in Hanoi comfortable and pleasurable.
