"Nice hotel, comfy room but quite dark, nowhere to do makeup. Noisy from the street but expected that. Breakfast a little unimpressive and staff not the most attentive, just left to sort yourself out. Very dated room in much need of a makeover but bed was comfortable and shower was good. "

"The place was lovely but our room was very small and the bed sounded like it was going to fall apart at any minute. The place was clean and the staff helpful, bit disappointed that there is no restaurant on site just a cafe."

"We liked where the property was situated. The staff were friendly & efficient & the breakfast & pub meals were lovely. The bedroom was spacious & clean. The bathroom was small but adequate but the sink was blocked. Someone did try to unblock it but that resulted in a leak. It didn't make our stay any less enjoyable though. "
