"Had a wonderful stay here over the weekend of our wedding. The room was a wonderful size and while nice and clean it was a little tired in places. The staff however were so kind and helpful; going above and beyond time after time to make our stay special. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I would recommend booking a Sunday lunch if you the opportunity. Thank you for such a lovely stay."

"Stayed here for a couple nights. The room was a bit rough around the edges, but nothing too bad. It was a good size room, plenty of space. It's in a quiet area that isn't a long walk into the city centre. It has free parking and a kettle in the room which I always appreciate. Alexandra park is nearby and worth a visit for the views. Overall we had no issues with this hotel 🙂"

"We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend Joss welcomed us like family. The room and serivce was amazing We was made to feel so welcome. Joss had a card sent to our room for jons birthday Which was a lovely touch. The area is stunning and so quiet. The bed omg the bed was so comfortable If we didnt have to be up early for longleat we would of slept in all day lol. Jon and i stayed in room 2 the beech tree room It was cosy and so quite. "A really nice place to stay in Bath. It's a great location between the Royal Crescent and The Circus. The room was spacious with a sofa and table and chairs. The bed was very comfortable and the welcome was friendly. I really liked the Sash windows. I will definitely stay here again. The only downsides are the shower isn't very powerful, the towels could be thicker and the lounge with fireplace and honesty bar is permanently shut. Which I would have liked to have used . Maybe take the lounge...

"Just a one night stay while we were in town for a show. Very freindly welcome, lovley room with a very comfortable bed and an outstanding English breakfast. Just a couple of minutes walk into town. Would highly recommend. "

"The property was outstanding from the room & bed to the Wi-Fi and freshly cooked breakfast. Fresh slices of cake were placed in the room daily, which was a lovely personal touch. The room also had smart TV with Netflix available. The owner was amazing with his knowledge and tips for the tourist attractions, eating out and local sites to see. We had laundry washed, folded and put back in room for a small fee. Would highly recommend this property, I doubt you could find better. "

"City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. "
