"Booked a 2 night stay partly due to attending a concert at the nearby First Direct Arena. The price of the room was almost double for the night of the concert even though we booked nearly 12 months prior to our stay. The room itself was small but very clean and comfortable. Cannot comment on the breakfast nor the adjacent Indian Restaurant. Reception staff were efficient, polite and friendly. Would be happy to stay here again."

"Title says it all,we took my mum booked room 50 and had a,lovely time .festive tasteful decorations big wood fires.fab food well priced and good atmosphere.to be fair no fault of hotel noisy party of ladies in very loud and it did spoil our experience in dining room but that was down to the people being incinsiderate of other diners .alcohol makes some people loud .just uncomfortable hearing private conversaionsas they talked over each other.staff were very proffesional and didnt make a...

"Stay was good, curtains block out so much light it was great to have a lay in. Shower was great but shower screen not bug enough so water would go over the floor. A few stains on the carpet. Beds were comfy."
