"If you like things a bit unusual and quirky, this place will suit you! Completely fine for one or two nights, right next to grand place so very good location. We were there in November, so it was cold in communal areas but room was fine. We had a free upgrade which was nice - however, no lights on in room - opened door and another door to open immediately in front of us, we felt our way in to find a light switch only to find we were standing at the edge of the top of a flight of stairs! "For the price, this was a good stay in a central location in Brussels, comfortable and clean with friendly staff. It could use a good renovation and paint job but then it wouldn't be the same price, right? The WiFi was spotty and didn't work at all on my floor for a day despite it being reported by multiple people and being told the would reset the router to fix the problem. Luckily it worked in the lobby so I could finish my work. "

"The bathroom could do with updating, and the toilet was dusty so hadn't been cleaned properly, apart from that lovely! Very spacious, plenty of room for for clothes etc...stayed for 2 nights felt breakfast was expensive for what was there but loved the breakfast area for eating, very chilled "

"The hotel was good. The only negative is that the two lifts are very slow. Breakfast had a range of hot and cold choices, plus juices and hot drinks. The area around the hotel is a bit dingy, but it is directly across the road from a number of metro, bus and tram lines and the Eurostar terminal. The Sunday market (also across the road) is great for fresh food bargains."

"This is a very beautiful hotel. The location is very safe and clean. It is convenient to access all of the shops and cafés. I recommend this hotel to everyone, it is very clean and the room service is excellent. The staff are also very kind and professional"
