Alex and Anastasia were able to accommodate us to a bigger room in the same CATEGORY as what we ordered which was awesome. The room was clean, however there were ants that would crawl out of their holes and into our room during our entire stay. We simply texted the housekeeping to clean it, and they did promptly.
