"We stayed here for one night as we had a early flight at 6:45 next day. we took the Pod transfer to Terminal 5, it was a bit pricey but it was convenient especially in the early morning. The property itself is a bit old and tiring. However it was clean in general."

"Me and a friend stayed here for a few nights , the room was extremely clean and the shower was spotless . I asked for some extra towels and this was not a problem and the kind man on reception brought them up to the room within ten minutes. The breakfast choices offered were a great variety with fruit and yoghurt pots, little pastry rolls and coffee, orange juice , tea and different cereals . The hot food selection at breakfast was ok , including bacon for meat eaters and scrambled eggs which...

"One complaint. The light switch was impossible to find. The room was interior, so it was pitch black. There was no switch in an identifiable location. I had to find a maid to show me where the switch was. It was on an interior wall location where no one would think to look."
