"We had a spacious room perfect for our teenage children. We had one meal which was tasty and served quickly. Rather expensive restaurant. Our second night was blighted by another guests abusive behaviour towards his partner. Maybe staff should say no to customers when they have clearly had too much alcohol. "

However, we thought it was reasonably good value, we could park outside our room, the central area was warm and inviting in feel, bed was very comfy and the room was warm. "Looked after extremely well. Not certain about the lack of amenities in the double room for disabled people. Nowhere to hang bathroom robes or wash bags and for a non-disabled person the wash basin was extremely low, small and difficult as an older person to use. "

"The staff were great at the hotel and very helpful. I would recommend to anybody who’s thinking about staying. Ben in the restaurant was a really nice fella. We had a really relaxing weekend here!"

Down side room 30 single room very small and clostraphobic would not recommend and would opt for a larger room nect time. Exterior looks a bit dated and drab. Overall I would still recomend for a couple of nights in Redcar just avoid the single rooms."
