"The building itself was a little older than other Hyatt Place hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms could be updated a bit but…the staff was super. Ms. Shennett deserves a raise and a bonus. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She greeted me with a smile everyday and asked how I was doing. She was super friendly to everyone! Shenette is a value to your organization. There aren’t many like her. "
