" We liked the size of the room a 1 bedroom suite with a balcony plenty of room for 2 only thing that we were not happy with was as soon as we checked in a couple barged in with access but staff responded immediately explaining that it was a mistake on their part and apologized for inconvenience.transportation was a bit delayed but we did get to use it and was convenient. "The resort was nice, we didn't realize how big it was when we reserved. Presidential suites is very out of the way and this resort is huge. It was quiet, clean, the cleaning staff and service were excellent. A problem we had was that the cold water in our shower didn't work, and took 3 days to address. The same for restocking our fridge (restocked half way in a week long stay, after requesting numerous times), staff CONSTANTLY calling in the morning. The resort is huge, and you will be walking...

"It is nice clean apartment. You will definitely need a rental car or at golf cart because everything is far. Definitely not walkable to any restaurant. Most restaurants is good but pricey "

"MARLIN and Leo and bar attendant were amazing. They took care of us. Helped us with all my requests. My plane got delayed twice, but they helped with all my concerns too. I would give more stars if I could, and definitely going back again"
