"Top notch for families with kids. Facilities were amazing. Tons of programs for kids and the activities were well maintained and watched over by staff. The residence rooms are dated with no streaming TVs and pretty much unwatchable. You hear the upstairs neighbors everytime they move a chair. Which is annoying. "Hotel staff was very welcoming when we checked in. We got welcome flowers and drinks while waiting for our room during check-in. The hotel is located right across from the beach. Rooms were very spacious and clean, they had an infinity pool and rooftop bar. Hotel was able to help coordinate a private driver for a daytrip tour we wanted and got that arranged very quickly with getting back to me the rate for thr request. Lots of great restaurants and cafe options around that is walkable."
