"The villa was amazing - huge 3 bedroom with a private pool. Service was equally good. Breakfast also great. However the pools were freezing cold and it kind of ruined our experience as the kids would jump in, almost freeze and be done with the pool in 2 minute. I noticed the other guests dreading going in. There was also no atmosphere around the pool area. No music. In these resorts we rely on the pools to occupy hours in the day especially for the kids and also since the beach is not overly...

"Especially for the lounge service, it must be upgraded much higher and luxurious to meet minimum level of other 5 star hotels. Such as location ( better view at higher floor or seaside ), Space ( too small ), variety of food, beverage ( incl. beer, wine )."

Just wanted to get to the room and lay down. The taxi driver ensured me that she had change in USD. Which turned out not to be the case once we got to the hotel. The hotel doorman bailed us out by paying our taxi fee with his own cash! Which we swiftly repaid once we got to the room, downloaded the Grab app, and researched...
