"As normal with Village hotels - very well catered for all need. Usual big car park and amazing gym This was my second stay this week and unfortunately ruined by other guests being very load at 2AM and then 6AM. "

"Really late deal for me and my daughter. Staff were all fab, everyone we met was very accomodating. Pool and room were very tired, rotted skirtings and pool tiles lose in pool (my daughter made it a game to collect them). That said, food was amazing and bed very comfy. "

"The heating wasn't working in my room. So was cold during the night.... But the cleanliness of the room was fabulous... The bed was very comfortable.... "

"Beautiful scenery, it snowed when we were there and it was so pretty. Staff helpful and friendly and our food was great. Dog loved the stay too. The 4 poster bedroom was huge, bed so comfy we had a great sleep."

"The things that stood out the most was how incredibly friendly was every staff member in the hotel and how clean the hotel was, my room smelled nice when I arrived. Breakfast was good, it’s a shame that advertised dinner service was not available on neither days off my stay. The Negative point is non existent sound insulation and super loud kids at almost 11pm."
