"Very helpful, friendly staff. Room (superior) was a really good size. A second day chair would be good! Bathroom clean and a good size. Bed comfy. There are sitting rooms, we used one each night and had it all to ourselves. Breakfast simple but everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. "Great Ambiance- even though our room (“Biba”) 3rd floor window at knee height. Property not good for someone who cannot climb stairs. Food and service excellent! Would stay there again- great location relative to all to see in Barga and driving Tuscan countryside. Nice comfortable pool with nice chaises. Good value as excellent breakfast included. We couldnt find much info on hotel on internet but it turned out to be a real gem"

"Terrible hotel! Noicy, heard everyting happening in the korridor, and people talking in their rooms. Even heard our neibour snoring! When someone above us flushed the toilet it sounded like the water was going to pour over us.... Poor breakfast, and the breakfastlady was loud and unfriendly. We checked out a day early, couldn´t stay one more night!"
