"This hotel is actually not a hotel but a few rooms attached to the villa volpi hotel, a 10 minute steep walk up the hill. All meals and staff are found at villa volpi, there are no real facilities to speak of at suite accommodation. It's not as discribed in the information at all. In fact, we chose to upgrade for €70/night to stay at villa volpi. I would recommend villa volpi but not suite accommodation "

"Great place to stay in enter of Pistoia. Wonderful breakfast with a variety of local pastries, yogurt, cereal, cheeses, tomatoes, bread, meats, coffee and tea. Lovely room and bathroom. No a/c in room but there is a large fan. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"We booked our stay for my parents 50th Anniversary (5 couples). Monica & her husband are lovely people with a beautiful home! We absolutely loved our stay - the villa and the grounds felt like something out of a movie. Amazing views from all the bedroom windows, and a beautiful table to have dinner al fresco.
