The villa is surrounded by greenery, in the typical Tuscan countryside, with a large garden of over 6000 square meters, among 100 olive trees and fruit trees, fenced, with ample free parking .. It is equipped with the following comforts: satellite TV, DVD player, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, electric oven, gas cooker, fridge, barbecue. The house has independent heating. There are books, cards, chess, soccer balls available to guests. Small pets are allowed. Linen with weekly change is included.

Great big house with wonderful garden and pool in perfect location
This house was perfect for our family/friends reunion! 5 spacious bedrooms with private baths, beautiful views and wonderful covered patio for family dinners and to stay out of the sun during the day. The pool was big enough for all of us to play and hang out in and enjoy sunsets after a day of sightseeing in Tuscany. Location is easy to get to from the freeway, yet, you’re in picture-perfect Tuscany surroundings. Recommend a drive down to Vinci, Leonardo’s home town :) Fans in each room keep the house nice and cool at night. We’d love to come back some day!

Objekt war sauber und so wie beschrieben. Vermieter war stets gut zu erreichen und hat sich gekümmert. Bspw. war der kleine Backofen defekt und wurde nach unserem Hinweis schnell getauscht.

Nice vacation
The house is great, cumfortable and spacious. The location is wonderfull as well, 45 min away from Firenze, Pise and its tower, 20 minutes from the nearest beach and Lucca. We spend a great day over there.
